Thanks Jeffrey, Looking over the ETEC thread, I noticed that IBM has a reinvigorated in-house operation. My thought is that during a downcycle we would presumably see more outsourcing for the reasons you state. But if there is an expansion of in-house development, it would presumably benefit companies like ETEC most by increasing the demand for mask-making equipment. Do you know of the breakdown on ETEC's sales between in-house and outsourcing companies like DPMI & PLAB? I would think if they break down these figures it might help confirm the notion that we're seeing a trend toward more outsourcing. Baird
