it seems to me these law firms are trying to go after the insurance all directors of a public corporation purchase to protect themselves.my understanding is that first of all no where have i read that the Wand does not work, secondly that in spite of the fact that some of these top dentists where paid in options the fact remains that these dentists made positive statements about the Wand "before" they were paid. thirdly it is my understanding that it was "after" the company informed distributors they could fulfill orders on a "as needed" basis that Schein and the others decided not to stockpile.so yes, i believe that there is hope because there are thousands of dentists very happily using the Wand and eventually its going to replace the syringe.
