Totally OT> MG: Be sure to to tell that to John Patitucci, Abe Laboriel, Ron Carter, Alfonso Johnson, Mark King, Marcus Miller, Will Lee, Stanley Clarke and George DuVivier. They seem to each be making a nice 6-7 digit living on bass. And like any real musician, they attended college to study their instrument and learn to read any music placed in front of them.
