We quite likely will see a tech boost this week due to Windows 98 launch.

She's way oversold right now and if the Company hasn't been buying back shares it certainly ought to be at these levels. Later on it will be hard for the Company to explain why it would eschew cheap share repurchases to obtain a 4% return on huge cash balances. The Company is not a bank.

I highly recommend looking at documents like the 10Q to find out how much stock a company has bought back.

Treasury Stock - On January 28, 1998, the Company's Board of
Directors authorized the Company to repurchase up to $50.0
million of the Company's common stock from time to time on the
open market or in privately negotiated transactions. As of March 31,
1998, the Company had repurchased 100,000 shares at a cost of $2.1 million.
