I wonder what they are going to use their 100,000 dollars for? I hope a shareholders party ! Well, if they use it for the server they have in Australia, that is okay by me.... or the offices in Germany, that would be fine....or the set up in Abu Dhabi.......or perhaps the Telephone company in Indonesia since the Rupiah is down....now we are pushing it... or maybe to hire the VP of Pyravision to head the Middle Eastern efforts, that would be okay by me....... but I still prefer to have a shareholders meeting.

Well, unless i missed it, the only outstanding obligation i've found is $100,000 plus bonus of $60,000 to Leibman & Oesch for the private placement in 1996. Is this what all their fuss has been about? Give me a break! Does anyone holding shares of DGIV think this company is not worth $160,000? Is this the same item discussed in the newsletter: The second reason is more technical, but the consensus between Management and our Securities counsel is that the "Management's Discussion and Analysis" (MD&A) will be strengthened with the satisfaction of certain "Notes receivable" due at the end of the 2nd Quarter. With this done, we expect the usual Q&A exchange to be less than it would otherwise be. If anyone can shed some light here I'd appreciate it. But i'm not seeing anything negative and I've looked. The only 'negative' is that the revenue stream hasn't ramped up yet but golly gee, takes awhile for those contracts to come online. gary
