===============================================================

Brief Summary
Mountain Energy Inc. is in the business of acquiring primary
producing reserves along with the development and production
of passed over developed domestic oil and gas reserves
utilizing modern technology to find and enhance production.

Mountain currently owns 30 separate properties in West Virginia
with approximately 1,300 acres owned in fee and an additional
1,300 acres of mineral rights. Reserve estimates by the U.S.
Geological Survey (''U.S.G.S.'') indicate in excess 10,000,000
tons bituminous coal. This low sulfur, low ash content, high
BTU, clean burning currently sells for $25-$28 per ton. With
cost of mining and transportation estimated at $11-$15 per
ton, this will show a $10 per ton conservative net profit,
(representing maximum cost to mine and minimum selling price),
providing net asset value in excess of $100,000,000, with a
potential of $170,000,000. The U.S.G.S. estimates also indicate
in excess of 2 billion cubic feet of coal methane gas. This gas
currently sells in excess of $3.00/MCF 1000 cubic feet. In most
cases this gas is subject to an alternate fuel tax credit in
excess of $3 MCF, for an estimated value of $5/MCF valued at
$10,000,000. This translates to approximately $2.85 per share.
History indicates that U.S.G.S. estimates usually represent 25
percent to 40 percent of actual minerals in place.

Mountain Energy has received acceptance on its purchase offer
to acquire an additional 8,000 acres of mineral reserves in
Lincoln and Raleigh counties in West Virginia. (Use the
numbers from the preceding paragraph to extrapolate the value
of 8000 West Virginia acres.)

Juanita, perhaps SI has a financial stake in the continuance of these people. Something to think of, huh. How about it SI?

Using your logic, Juanita... if I don't like what you post, I should recruit a group of people here to "bombard you with e-mail"?

What?

Please outline the "harassing" posts you are talking about. I seem to recall you posting the following:

<<<<Although technically, the FBN crew may be polite...and maybe they don't call anybody names....but anybody who doesn't feel that they have been harassed by them...is more patient than I am.>>>>

So, the "harassers" are polite and don't call anybody names. but you "feel" harrassed by them.

And you are angry at SI because they don't ban such polite, respectful people from the thread?

Peace and love,
L.e.

P.S. I "feel" like I deserve a million dollars. Maybe SI will give it to me if I e-mail bomb them?

But we shareholders in MTEI don't deserve what Shell and crew have done to us either. They have harassed us continually, and then act as though everything has been our fault and that WE are the stupid ones.

I have tried to go about having Shell and crew stopped the legal and proper way....and that has been by asking SI to PLEASE do something about them. I have never received a response.

Well, let me tell you this. IF something does happen to Shell and crew, in my opinion, SI will be partially liable, because they sat and DID NOTHING and allowed the extreme mental cruelty that Shell and friends dish out to people to continue.

And they hide behind free speech! Free speech, my foot!!! There is a BIG difference between free speech and harassment.

You of course for all your cheer leading and tortured logic will not have contributed in any way I suppose to creating an environment in which anyone would even think to do this. Indeed there is a difference between free speech and harassment. The pity is that you don't seem to know what it is.

Juanita, you and I have met on other threads, and had a civil discussion.
I think we could again. You're right, my interest in this thread came from threats of physical violence to fellow posters. Those threats are not covered by Freedom of Speech - here in Canada 'uttering threats' is a serious crime covered under 'Assault' in the Criminal Code, and quite rightly, imho.

But having arrived here, I've just spent over an hour reading back through the thread, and see nothing of substance by anyone promoting the stock. There are many good questions asked by Mr Forthright and others, with nothing but shit and abuse offered in response by the 'Rocketeers', as far as I can see. You say you've seen these questions answered - could you please point out to me exactly where?

Questions like;
1. Is the mob involved, yes or no?
2. Can any evidence be offered to support the 'yes' or 'no' in the above question?
3. How does 3-4 millions in assets justify a market cap north of 35 millions?

Salud y pesetas, Juanita .... pero ten mucho ojo en esta selva

Your answers have been terrific and you have always showed great patience and sportsmanship with our friends. In short they think we are all morons and no answer we can come up with can be thought out.
As for SI ADMIN..........From what I heard they say they are not policemEN and if you don't like it YOU HANDLE IT..........Well I guess someone liked that answer.
