Hi Bill; Utilities are considered safe, and pay dividends, BUT when they diverge and start kicking the S&P in the rear, I wonder if anything is safe. The recent run up is too sharp to compare with historic values. Can the dollar lose value , and interest rates keep droping ?? hmmm The market says it wants to go up, but something is wrong with this picture some where. I'm seeing to many unusual signs to want to have faith in any of the indicators I've been using. Jim
