Do you and Bullmarket want to tell me when you REASONABLY expect Nasdaq listing?

Bullmarket says DGIV will merge onto Nasdaq and I told people months ago, OH and where were you then? that this Does Not happen, so go ahead accuse me of being short, I need a good court case...
