When The #'s come out we all know the book value of MTEI before the new land deal. The only thing you will say is I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT MORE!

Having followed this thread since the ICVI days, I have to say that the recent posts are pathetic. Most of you are acting like immature school kids.

For MTEI-longs: Don't respond to Janice, L.E., Jhild. It's response they desire. What a petty life - that they would invest sooo much time into something they do not have financial interest in. Go outside you computer geeks! Get some exercise. (although I'm sure you'll respond that your all fit - yea right)
