Sharad,

The situation with Boston Market's food quality has, IMHO, changed significantly over the past year or so. Greg's experience has been mine as well, especially with dry food left under heat/warming lamps too long.

I was a regular customer many years ago at the very first Boston Chicken restaurant, long before it was even envisioned to be a chain. The food quality has gone way south and store traffic is down in the restaurants I observe.

i am not attempting to put bost down BUT, their flemington, nj store has terrible service and employees with an attitude. clearly they needed new management and appear to have struck gold with the new ceo and cfo. they need management at the store level to turn this thing around. that is the biggest challenge i see here. i will try again to eat there if and when i feel they have turned a corner or two. by the way for you thread readers, the ceo buying 100,000 shares at about $2 is $200,000. wow! not a foot in the water, more like a toe in the water to a multi millionaire with a package that i am sure will make him a zillionaire if he succeeds. i wish them well and stand on the sidelines for now as a possible investor. in addition, i hope they make it because i like the concept and originally, b4 the original management screwed things up royally, i liked the food.
