Tomorrow, I am going to my GERMAN cousin's house to spend the night.

Since she is GERMAN, she speaks the language fluently. She is also a DGIV shareholder.

I would like very much to have the phone number for the German Department in that government that you say you spoke with. If you give it to me, I will have her call them and I will report back to the board what she was told.

Thank you.
Juanita

The calls have been made.Everything is for real. You are not for real. You are DESPERATE because DGIV is in position to jump to over $6 in one day.Any day.You know that and that is why you spend SUNDAY night posting lies on the thread of the stock that you don't own.I repeat, Jimmy Chin can be located by anyone interested. He is not hiding. You are hiding. You don't own DGIV. Why do you post here?Bob

Analyst 10,
Help Me understand This...

The following is cut from DGIV's PR involving the purchasing of PT Telecom..

''The current arrangement with PT. Telkom gives us a foundation of assured revenue to build on with this acquisition. Digitcom will realize from $40 to $50 Million in net earnings on this acquisition over the next ten years,'' said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO. ''In addition to revenues from the existing contracts, we look forward to initiating streams from enhanced services to existing customers, pending Telkom's agreement,'' Chin continued.

Now here's the question...

Let's say that DGIV is going to realize the lower number $40mm over the next ten years, and they did say net earnings. With my math it comes out to $4mm per year. If we now have a company (DGIV) with no other revenues except these, we have net earnings each year going forward of $4mm. We now have a company with a market cap of (an I believe I'm quoting you) $80mm.

So lets see, with no other business, no other revenues, no earnings from the Russian contracts, nothing from Australia, Germany or the Middle East, etc... We have a company that is selling for roughly 20 times next years earnings. 20 times 2000 earning, 20 times 2001 earnings, etc... I think you get my point...

Now to put this in perspective...

Ever heard of IDT?

Current price: $25 per share
Current P/E: 80...

I can understand you possibly not wanting to buying DGIV stock, but to be short? I think you are the one who should have really done some DD...

Please show me where I am missing something here?

Scott
