I would forget about it and move on. Obviously the company (shell) is in trouble if it is at .10 share. I wouldn't sell though. Just hold, as even shells can have a 52 week high and low cycle. Sell on the next upward move.

Who did you talk to (name)? What phone number did you use?

I do not think that there is anything wrong with using a shell to get listed in the US. Astris would have used the shell route simply because it is cheaper/easier than organizing and promoting an IPO. As you probably have figured out, Astris really has no front office or IR department. It is a small company with most funds allocated to R&D. They were listed previously on CDN-OTC under ASTS. I assume that the move to the US-OTC board was simply to gain access to a bigger pool of (US$) funds.
