The book value of the land has little to do with anything. It's value lies in the fact someone wants to work it, expend the money and time to remove the gas, oil and coal. To say as the land sits there it's only worth X$ is a totally shallow argument!!!

Jhild,

You are putting way too much emphasis on COAL. You seem to be forgetting GAS and OIL on their properties. Please, if you are going to make a case then present all of the facts and stop being a BS artist.

People,

Don't be fooled by these half truths. They are presenting worthless numbers in hopes of scaring you out of your shares. They will emphasize COAL and how costly it will be to extract it. They conviently leave out of other reserves. Next they will ask, "Well, how much reserves is actually on the land?" They realize that we don't have the answer for that. We all know that will not be answered until Stagg completes their job.

Then you'll hear:

"You mean to tell me that they buy 8000 acres of land and don't know what's in the ground?"

Get real. You know damn well that they have an idea, and it's in their best interest to not include estimates of the new land in the PR. Common sense tells you why. What if they over estimated?

Folks, just don't subscribe to their BS. They are not saints. They are not trying to do us all a favor. Honest questions are answered, and they are answered to the best of our ability, based on the information we know at the time. They will not accept that, and they will ask the same question over and over again.

Hold your shares. You interest in MTEI is much longer than theirs.
