Regarding the merger it doesn't look like it will happen with today's activity. Given the lousy report that showed a large a decline in sales over the previous year it is obvious that we lost a believer with today's activity- Kennedy Capital Management. You may ask why we got a delay in the drop of the price. I think KCM met with management after the report and didn't like what they saw. We also have an obvious liquidity problem with LEIX and the market makers were preparing us be widening the spreads on the stock. Illiquidity can burn you on the downside as well as on the upside.
