A new Lowes going in on a 5 acre sight 1 mile N of the existing Home Depot. Regular gas sells for < 99 cents. I hear the growth in Austin may even exceed what is occuring here, so from where I stand that SEA crisis is going to have a bit of trouble affecting the economy deep in the heart of Texas.
