As a Private Investor That is the way I see it. Oh we got it all in this one I believe. Everything possible scenario and it is still drifting by e-mail to collect a herd of people that think they know something and think they got it all figured out and think they got cases and think they got this and think they got that. Till these thinkers have proof I think those thinkers better think about it. Plus I think they better go look up the definition of Market Manipulation. I have been as close a researcher as anyone on this stock and I do not have or privy to the articles of merger or financial or the due diligence package Midland has or their attorneys. And I doubt very seriously does any of these wanna detectives and wanna hindsight legal minds do either. All of this is in the hands of the attorneys and that is all there is too it. If the shareholders want to make a class action suit then go for it but do not be wrong or you will be liable for whatever you bring against someone. Most do not have a folder of anything or proof and I tell you this I have all kinds of stuff and the names spreading it around in e-mails, posting, curious investors with right to know postings, requesting people's private information posted on-line which is a violation of privacy, etc. Just watching this one unfold. GB PS if folks think I am sitting on a buttocks don't know me very well.
