No, Maxwell ... The nominal gate CD for the PII-400 is .20um while the
fast case poly CD is .18um. Intel's .18um process will have a nominal
poly CD slightly <.15um . As you can clearly see, Maxwell ... AMD is a
process generation behind.

My guess is that minimum poly CDs will be less than 0.15 micron, and Leff will be even smaller, for the 0.18 micron process.

Remember - reducing the feature size is only one aspect of new technologies. Reducing the SPACES (Distance between active circuits) is equally important for die size reduction.
