I haven't had a problem since I posted. It hung up when I created a virtual file and rebooted. Are you creating virtual files? Now when I run scans, I have the lists show up in a virtual subfile, ie., a subfile under the virtual file that I already have, so that I don't have to create a virtual file and reboot--this seems to have helped. I have two virtual files, one called Tickers which has all 9000+ tickers, so I can see any stock with ease in Metastock and GET, and the other virtual file called META, which is the destination for all my scans in Quotes Plus.
