I was just looking at the insiders trading at SanDEAD... Ole ELI sold nearly 100,000 shares in 1998 already. All shares were sold for between 20 and 25 dollars. Is anybody comfortable with him at the helm??? I keep hearing class action lawsuit can anybody confirm that this is actually in the works.

All, Merrill Lynch reduces earnings estimates: "Analyst Thomas Kurlak cut his fiscal 1998 view to 57 cents from 90 cents and lowered his 1999 estimate to $1.05 from $1.17."

$1.05 in 1999 is good news. The S&P 500 trades at 21x 1999 estimates. If SNDK was doing as well we would be at $22 a share.
