IMAT and GE deal hits today's WSJ- pgs c7,c24. Not great placement, but something that will spur some buying.

On May 6, Imat filed an S3 with the SEC registering the sale of nearly 16 million shares for a private placement made several years ago that I believe has an incentive to clear out by the end of June. I'm sure these people have been selling into any rally which is keeping the lid on the price.
