If the Pipe was open for staking and no one recognizes it but you, then as a Sask resident, it should have been fairly easy and inexpensive for you to stake it yourself and vend it to a company who knows what they are doing. I sure hope you didn't miss that opportunity! Did you think of this? Did you do this? Why not?

Darn, he was just fishing in Bissett Creek that day. Probably could not find any company to vend it to if he tried once again. Waters have flown through Bissett Creek since 1994.
