About the close stop question.
If you have a stock that has been on a tear, the stops are hard to
use because they are so far off. By the time it hits the stop point,
you could be off 20 %.

Example:
Has run up 15 boxes or so. If you enter here, your stop is 16+ boxes
away. By then you have lost a lot of money.

If you wait for the reversal down and then the reversal back up. It
sets a closer stop.

Now your stop is only 4 boxes instead of 16+ boxes.
