JTC: Why did we virtually threaten to go to war with China over Taiwan? Why do we still have US troops on the DMZ in Korea? Just for fun?

Clinton is far more concerned about yuan devaluation than military games right now, I'm sure. But I don't work those issues so my views are strictly my own.
