I agree x, I posted a similar message to Joe but he basically said that it wasn't his problem.

Looks like he might be looking for that artificial gap up for one reason or another. I don't see what the problem is in putting it out at 9:35 as opposed to 9:25. Seems to me it is planned that way for one reason only.

I agree. Actually, the more opening market orders, the
bigger the gap. This is actually a better time for the
daytrader to announce a pick, 5 min. before the bell.
This gives less time for one to do his DD, also.
