well..3.25 here we come. first came here when the stock was at 6.25 or so. now approaching a 50% loss. the truth is..the leaders of this board do a disservice to the investors. too much hype. no public info available.

Dave,

I'm confused as to the price requirement for NASDAQ listing. If the stock closes before 4 today, is DGIV still qualified? Wouldn't the qualification period have to immediately precede the application?
