"Company Believes Stock Price No Indication of Value of Technology" Wouldn't it to be nice to see an aggressive management response by Ancor to the dramatic stock decline and rumors surrounding their product competitiveness, loss of key OEM deal (unannounced). While I am not suggesting they respond to rumor, the below newswire from a company also experiencing a stock price decline could at least provide some support to the stock price while also raising confidence in investment community as well as possible future customers. Perceptions in the marketplace can be self fulfilling if not addressed. Another 3-6 months of management silence while rumors swirl about their ability to compete/survive can cause them to lose bids if customer perceptions are shaken concerning Ancor products, ability to be a player in fibre channel, etc. _____________________________________________________________________ "Company Believes Stock Price No Indication of Value of Technology FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Imaging Diagnostic Systems (OTC Bulletin Board: IMDS) stated today that it is aware of and concerned about the unusual trading activity in its common stock. It is not aware of any developments concerning either the development of its CTLM device, its financial condition and its operations that would cause a price decline in its common stock or the significant increase in volume. The Company strongly believes that the price of its common stock bears no relationship to the value of its technology, its operations or its future prospects." **Press release went on with company specifics that their technology is sound, business is on track, etc. to make a convincing case that the stock selloff is overdone.
