Greg

The AIME deal is done and no matter how much money they generate, MSU's only
piece of the pie is those shares of AIME they received, correct?

Yes - But the deal was 1.5 million cash plus 560,000 shares of AIME
At the time the deal was worth 5 million to MSU
In the press release it states perpetual, non-exclusive license
So MSU did not give up the technology - MSU is still free to seek other license agreements

This brings MSU that much closer to the requirements for a NASDAQ small cap listing - from this thread and public relations MSU will apply as soon as it meets those requirements

Also what knid of deal does MSU have with Mitac?
Mitac manufactures the box
Exactly what the deal is I do not know- The way that I understand it is that Mitac has the right to market and manufacture the box for anyone interested and MSU would receive a royality fee.
MSU also has the right to market the box -Mitac will still handle the manufacturing but this way MSU would get a larger slice of the pie

The deal with Sanyo should be interesting and very profitable for MSU

If I got anything wrong here I hope that someone will jump in here and correct me

Good luck
Tim
