The valuation of LPS was always a mystery to me. I believed there was some group of funds that had some purported/assumed/alleged/take your pick value.

The merger delay is due to the requirement to prepare FY ending financials in conjunction with the proxies.

This IMO is a positive story. Now the company can focus on what is going to bring home the bacon. Wow does this mean that the shareholders here now have a much bigger slice of the pie. Just one question about this. Was this done in a friendly way? Meaning everybody goes their own way without messy repercussions.
