The discount to the terms of the deal is crazy. Selling SEMI at $2 is
like selling REPT at $9. REPT has just become more valuable by buying SEMI at a good price.

Thank you, Stockholic. Reptron is more profit oriented than Bruce or SEMI. SEMI is about 1.2% earnings from revenue. Reptron is about 2% from their revenue. However, I did not have time to look at the trend lines of Reptron to tell whether they are in the process of pulling back or not. Merger could take 3-6 month to complete, we do not know whether Reptron stock will hold the value or not.

When they merge, the consolidation will shed a number of expenses SEMI has now. So, I hope maybe the earnings of the combined company will be 2% of revenue.
