We sure could use those deep pockets right about now! Does anybody know what Jimmy's or Roger's reaction is to this situation. I know they should be concerned, they hold quite a bit themselves. Regards, Mark

I dont think Byron et al are manipulating the stock. Maybe I am naive to think that but I beleive he and Mr.D and Rocketman and macker etc believe in DGIV and it's potential. I do too. Please dont get me wrong. I like all of them and think they do alot of useful and good DD. I also think that DGIV is a good company and their shareprice will reflect that, eventually. DGIV has an interest in keeping the stock above $4. I dont think it will sit in the 3's for too long. If I didnt have something else specifically that I wanted to invest in I would have left my $ in DGIV at these levels. I DO NOT expect this stock to go any lower than where it is now. This is a good buying level. I just wish I didnt think that at 7 1/2.

HELLO EVERYONE! Art, I don't know why you would make such an assertion, after all the research and dd that the people on this thread have done before and after the stock went up to 8 and then down to the current price. I am as disappointed as you and Mark and, I am sure, many other DGIV investors, but to capitulate now would be unwise, simply because the MM are using this dissention/mass exodus to drop the price of DGIV below the "deserved" value. TELL ME - WHERE CAN YOU FIND THIS TYPE OF VALUE (AT THIS PRICE) AFTER HAVEING DONE SO MUCH DD? I JUST BOUGHT 2,000 MORE SHARES (3 1/2 & 3 17/32) AND I KNOW THAT BY THE END OF THE YEAR AFTER Q2 AND Q3 HAS BEEN SUBMITTED ALONG WITH MORE CONTRACTS SIGNED WE WILL SEE DOUBLE DIGITS. I HAVE STUDIED IDTC & LVLT EXTENSIVELY AND I LIKE THE GROUNDWORK DGIV HAS DONE AND WHERE IS STANDS COMPARED TO THOSE TWO COMPANIES AT THAT STAGE (THEIR SHARE PRICE AT THAT TIME WITH THE SAME EVALUATIONS $8 & $12, RESPECTIVELY ) RICO OVER & OUT

Look at the volume during the last month and the price deterioation then look at the volume of the build up over the previous 2 months it's simple math...there has been a steady accumulation yet the price continues to come down to wit i think is to loosen up as many hands as possible... I am not selling, i am holding others can do what they feel is best as for the short-term mentality and we want it now people remember nothing good comes easy... If you liked this company at 5,6,7,$8.00 and only more good news has come out, why would you be selling here, oh they had a delay in financials...i see, so there have never been delays in a company's financials....so we sell those company's....NOT, when something changes negatively from a fundamental standpoint then and only then would i consider my current position, but, until that happens, all i see are people here on a misson to try and get as many shares back from us which won't happen, not today, not tomorrow, not anytime soon. I can wait and those that can't, i wish them well and we'll see who is right in the final analysis. r1
