Looks like the MM is lowering the bid to pick up more shares for the
coming news. Bid 0.19 Ask 0.24 vol 315,400

Someone must have set a stop loss at 0.19 because they got a big
chunk of shares then moved the bid back to 0.20

I KNOW there are a LOT of people on the sidelines. Definite news will make this stock move quickly. Just a waiting game all appears still in order (though I've heard that before). Patience.
