A nationwide marketing campaign is in the works. They will be ramping up production as new orders come in.

Don't know why the RRC is in charge. Their site rrc.state.tx.us may have info on history, etc.

I know that CalifTalk on AOL is threatening to buy. His/her broker could have hit the bid to his/her benefit.
