The CEO of PDCI, Sower, is an inventor type. He invented the split lead shot for fishing and everybody has seen and/or used that weight while fishing. If Home Depot likes his tool inventions, that is good enough for me along with the fact that 75% of the stock is held by insiders The company(PDCI) merged with a "shell" Garcia enterprises, i believe. Notes are not here. This is the quickest way for them to get their inventions to market as well as generate funds for the company, imo. Joe PTG&LI !!!
