Banshee sounds fantastic. I had no idea they were going to push the envelope on 2D performance (!).

Hopefully 3DFX learned from all their mistakes on Voodoo Rush. If they can execute the Banshee launch properly with no driver glitches and game incompatibilities, they can ALL BUT LOCK UP the OEM market.

Should be a sweet Christmas. Those DEC 25 calls are looking cheap all of a sudden ...

All I want to know about Banshee now is the names of the OEMs who are going to build it into their PCs. I will be looking forward to announcements from any of the large PC builders (Compaq, Dell, Gateway, etc.) - Anybody got any info regarding OEM agreements?
