Some buyers are thinking that OPEC is gonna pull our butts out of the fire, so to speak. Haven't we mentally discounted OPEC's ability to influence this? Right now, we may get a ST pop out of their upcoming rhetoric from the meeting, but sizable cuts & more demand are the only thing that's gonna get oil going north again.

I'd like to hear a public reversal of that ubiquitous 10% increase and then 10% across the board DECREASE.

That'd get my attention real fast.
