In either case, management credibility has been severely damaged today.

Yes, you may be correct, and that is too bad; I had enjoyed my conversations with management over the many months I had followed this.

I think our observations forced management to release this information at mid-day today instead of after-hours.

Interesting. I would not be surprised to have had the company following our posts here on SI. I heard from Scott Davis that it is sometimes visited.

Regards,

Rainier

Gaint over reaction at $8!! From the looks of the insider selling, it took place shortly after the release of the 1st quarter earnings. I do not understand all the details of insider trading, but I think there are a couple of windows during the year when insiders are allowed to sell. Had they been selling a few weeks ago, things would be much different.

The company did not report that is was going out of business. Earnings will be flat in an overall crummy market. I have been watching and waiting to buy this stock for months now. Todays meltdown has given me a chance to buy at fire sale prices. Sorry for those who bought in at higher prices. Looks like doubling down might make some sense if you still believe in the company, and that might be a big IF!! Though with my luck this year in picking stocks, this stock could very well go into the dumper to an even bigger extent.

Good luck to all. I think 6-12 months out you might be kicking yourself for not buying in at todays bargain price! (IMHO)

Now, is there anything else that could possibly take the stock down further? Have we discounted Doomsday with this price? Or will there be more downside if legal action arises?
