Vanni, Agreed! For the time being this stock is treacherous to short sellers- although the short interest in the stock has been dropping for about six weeks.

IMO FPAM will not significantly alter its common stock structure if it uses a "prepackaged Chapter 11" as referenced in its press release today. My guess is that any quickie run through the halls of Chapter 11 is primarily about clarifying and establishing priorities amongst creditors, i.e., protecting the bank, or consortium of banks that will finance both FPAM's short-term cash needs and also it restructuring of its debt....
