I use real time quotes from quote.com. The thing I like best is that I can monitor the chart in real-time using Japanese candlesticks on a 30 minute intra-day basis. I have found this works best for me.

Pody - I get RT data from BMI and use simple MA, Stoch and momentum.

I get into a trade based on the 30-min chart and get out based on the 5-min chart.
