That is sound short term strategy for a small position, but can't be done for a large one. Furthermore, I really believe that 1-2 years down the road, this merger will offer excellent returns from a price of $2.50 on SEMI. (Why do you think REPT went up in advance of the merger?)

Hello Zeev:

Just did a quick look at the chart of REPT. Looks like REPT stock
just came off double bottom and now forming a handle on cup/dish
formation. I am not a chartist and I'am a little bias, but seems
a little risky. What I do see favorable in your strategy is the
short interest has been on the uptrend.
