ALERT ALERT.. In response to DISCLAIMERS!*The fact is, DGIV, press releases are statements of fact, and are not"forward looking", hence no need* for an SEC disclaimer. DGIV, is comfortable with the idea of demonstrating the documentation of the "historic fact" basis of each release. The newsletter contained "forward looking statements", and therefore the small-print addendum. This isn't a NEW awareness of "various regs"! This is simply a careful, continuing professionalism!
