Steve that's about the fourth time you've told me to average down and I think this will be the third time I have told you that I already have. Why in the hell, if somebody did want to average down, wouldn't they wait till it has stopped dropping and starts to rise again, I am beginning to wonder if it ever will trade higher.

But just to see how good of a stock this is to average down in I went back and looked at the quotes since the 20 for 1 reverse split that Oil-X hit us with in feb. Well lo and behold you are right, this may be one of the best stocks there is if people like to average down. It has hit about 9 new lows since then and if you had bought at each days high you could have averaged down the very next day in all but just a handful of those days. Are you pushing any stocks that someone can buy and then average up in? Average down, average down, that's like looking up a dead horses ass, I want to average up.

The quotes i looked at before writing this can be found at:

tradepbs.com

I would suggest you request the quotes in decimals as we are running out of fractions fast.

Do you think today is the bottom? What I mean is if someone averages down today they will catch it at the bottom and not have a chance at a lower price in the future?

Steve,

I just checked Lasser's site... they just posted production numbers for April. I see no evidence of increased production from Oilex. The only production I see is from Caldwell county, and the numbers are the same as they have been in the past.

So, where's the increased production Steve? Will it turn up in May, June, July? When will we see evidence of increased production?

Still wating!

JN

Steve--
What's up with today? Massive, and I do mean, massive selling, covered by tiny buys to support the price.

100,000 shares dumped at the close...amazing that the price didn't collapse with that sort of selling.

Another round of restricted shares coming onto the market?

I'd like to talk to somebody at the company. Can you give me the phone number?

Thanks!
Rick

Steve could you tell what kind of taxes they are paying on all these wells? Here is part of a private message I received by someone who is very much in the business(a drilling engineer), thanks DD

"But be advised that the price of oil is not the only controlling factor for stripper wells in Texas.Oil properties in this state are taxed (by the county) for their remaining reserves, not the amount
of oil produced. This is called the "ad valorem" or "school" tax. Basically, a state-employed petroleum reservoir engineer will determine the amount of recoverable oil left in the ground and
the oil company is accordingly taxed. This is the reaason so many of these wells are permanently abandoned, rather than simply shut in or suspended until the price of oil recovers."
