About 3 million or 20% to be taken real seriously. However I think we should try to accumulate shareholder names and shares with the intention of officially notifying the Tseng Board of Directors (BOD) that we have a BOD block vote candidate and make them deal with it. Accumulation will be very difficult but we have little choice. We must force action on their part or else they will bury our $'s forever.

Keep in mind that the Tseng family still owns +1M shares and may be the largest block vote to content with-- however I suspect they want out as badly as anybody. Also the BOD is a Jack Tseng selected group. But the short of this is-- if we do nothing, nothing will change.
