For the sellers and those who are getting jittery about the decline, here is an interesting Cramer link that provides a good example of what the Rocketeer buy, buy, hold, hold strategy might do if properly executed.

Hang in there, folks, DGIV is still in the game big time, and so are we.

FYI you are mistaken about the Filings.

If the company is telling you this then they are blowing smoke up your a--.

Before the company can get any listing on any exchange on any planet, they need to be fully reporting as a 12g company under the Securities Act. That in a nutshell means a Form 10SB filing. This can be filed at any time. There is no need to wait. The company's audited financials for the year ending 12/31/97 have been out since April. All that they would require is an UNAUDITED interim statement which could be for one month, two month, whatever, it is immaterial. The only concern is by rule the numbers must be within 120 days of filings otherwise the numbers are considered stale.

So they should have filed already, if they could. which brings me back to the question I posed to you last week. They filed a Form 10 two years ago and never responded to the SEC's requests, WHY???

The share price, the financial position all have nothing to do with becoming a 12g fully reporting company. So let's not confuse the desire to become listed on an exchange and the DESIRE TO HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION OUT ON THE TABLE AS A FULLY REPORTING COMPANY.

There is a big difference. Again, ask the questions, ask for written proof of the answers, it ain't there. It will never be there simply because they tell you.
