Networking products maker 3Com Corp. (Nasdaq: COMS) dropped $7/8 to $25
13/16 as an official at Swedish telecommunications equipment maker Ericsson
(Nasdaq: ERICY) told Dow Jones Newswires that the company has not talked
with 3Com about a merger, despite rumors last week to the contrary. Ascend
Communications (Nasdaq: ASND), which is also rumored as a potential Ericsson
merger candidate, was down $7/8 to $49 1/16.

William if you already sold your shares that you bought at $23 then why would you care if we "face the facts" or not? Unless your short or you want to get coms at a cheaper price OR your just a REALLY NICE GUY trying to save us from riding coms down to "$18".
