Awake, Byron and all...

I am really starting to feel how the bashers must, no answers..

Here is the question everyone should be answering...Why would Jimmy Chin say this in the April 2 PR?

''Digitcom will fulfill all the financial requirements for listing on the Nasdaq small cap market and as soon as the stock meets the $4.00 price requirement we will move on making the necessary filings,'' said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO.

On April 13, DGIV stock climbed over $4 per share and has been above that mark until the recent drop. If the clock started on April 13, we should have had some sort of filing in mid May. Over a month ago.

All we have to go on here is DD that the leaders of this thread have come up with by talking to Jimmy, Roger, et. all.. Are we to continually believe what we see, and hear from them? I would hope that the leaders of this thread are worried about their (and the companies) reputation. This indeed is probably a great buying opportunity. Has anyone stopped to think about what will happen if this type of thing happens again?

What about the next time Jimmy states something in a PR? Should we have blind faith that he will mean it? Or maybe he should state... "Now this time I really do mean it..."

I would hope all serious investors would ask these questions...

Scott, still long as ever.
