July 8th is the completion of the aquisition. I just called the company and someone is supposed to return my call and let me know the shares outstanding, float, and any special stock offerings like 504s which might have been made to try and raise capital. I will post when I have heard. Yahoo says there are 500,000 shares in the float and 592,000 outstanding and the info is supposed to be good as of June 19th. If the company confirms this it is looking really cool. There has definitely been some positive trading in the stock... I bought simply on the trading pattern.
