I meant what I said
alot of factory work is in a repetitive, mindless, and mind numbing environment
ask someone who works on a production line whose only job is to put a screw in a piece of equipment as they roll down the line for your 12 hours a day

be honest
if you were doing it..wouldnt it become a mindless mindnumbing experience and one that puts you on automatic pilot and bores you to death

I couldnt handle it and I dont know how they do day after day after day hour after hour after hour

it would drive me to drink

that is why the factories who change their employees around to different production lines would surely have better results in their quality control and employee happiness
