Everyone owns a piece of Juniper...highly unlikely. I'm not sure where they're going with this thing. NN is aligned with Seimens and 3COM, has good ATM technology, and is focused on the enterprise. CS is a mess, just missed estimates, and is in the process of buying two companies themselves. MRVC would be a decent GE player and FORE a decent ATM player. XYLN is another small ATM player. IMO they should take ASND, the remote access king, with their stolen booty from last year (Cascade Communications). They won't go for song though, LUcy already tried. I don't understand why they would hesitate with CSCO out there. Just hope its not CS. You will feel like me with my NT/BAY deal, 65 to 52 in two days. Kent
