I think you have this *ssbackwards!

Abuses of a monopoly position are evidenced by PRICE INCREASES, damaging consumers.

How is a PRICE DECREASE damaging to consumers?

This helps everybody - and AMD certainly wants EVERYBODY to have a really cheap computer, doesn't it?
