what does he know about IP telephony? absolutely nothing! take his calculator and regulations away from him and he won't be able to speak. i can't believe this madness.

As for technology, at least part of it is licensed through Voxware. Voxware creates voice and video compression software. If you haven't heard of them and think they are small time, take note that Oracle tapped them for their technology last fall for Oracle's video and audio projects.
